No, all you need is a computer or mobile device and an internet connection.
Yes, although it depends upon your subscription. The standard for all subscriptions is for 1-year access. We do offer renewal rates at a significant discount and we find most of our students are hooked once they enroll. IT technologies and their certifications are always changing, so our students recognize the value of ongoing certifications.
There are no prerequisites or minimum-levels of education needed for the training. The courses start at a fundamental and basic level and then work their way up progressively.

Our curriculum development staff has over 20 years of instructional design experience in developing leading edge programs. Courses are presented in a logical modular format that allows you to progress at your own pace in a very structured environment. The courses contain instructor led lectures, visual demonstrations, interactive labs and test simulations.
Upon completing our classes you will be thoroughly prepared to master the real exams! You will also have the skill set to pass the certification exam and to perform the jobs you will subsequently be aiming for.
Each enrollment is for single user access. If you have additional employees or students, we do offer multi-user pricing options. The multi-user discounts are based upon the course, number of students and length of the subscription access. Certification is never easy and it takes a level of time and commitment from the candidate. However, all of our instructors are excellent teachers and presenters and each has a minimum of 15-years’ experience and is certified in his or her field. Yes you can access it from multiple locations as long as you are not logged in at the same time from multiple locations.
Once you have enrolled in a course you’ll be sent an email with course setup instructions. With most courses It takes just a few minutes and you can start your training right away.
No, exams are not included with your purchase.
Not very much at all with our courses, except you save a significant amount of money! We give you the same training you would receive in a live class, but because our training is recorded you can progress through the class in your own time and at your own pace. Most students feel more in control of their education with our e-learning system and because you have unlimited access to the course(s) during your subscription, you can review modules at any time. Our retention levels are much higher than those of a live ‘boot camp’ that would cost you three times as much!
